FOUNDER AND OWNER
Neil has spent 22 years working across the travel industry, from summer seasons managing watersport centers abroad, wintersport seasons, selling travel and advising businesses globally on regulations and technology.
After 11 years consulting with travel business owners and leaders, Neil saw an opportunity to make organised travel accessible to the people who already bring communities together.
That became S.W.A.T - a way for hosts to turn their passions and communities into unforgettable adventures, while leaving the complex travel arrangements to the experts.
Outside of S.W.A.T., Neil is happiest outdoors — gravity/ road/gravel bikes, windsurfing, SUP surfing and ski touring.

Matt is a seasoned business owner and travel industry expert. With a background of over 35 years in the travel industry, Matt has a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer.
Matt has spent more than 35 years in the travel industry, building businesses and advising travel companies across the sector.
His role at SWAT is to provide the industry expertise, experience and guidance that sits behind every trip, helping ensure our hosts and travellers can enjoy the experience with confidence.
Away from travel, Matt is Chairman of Kent United, a supporter of Crystal Palace and enjoys spending time on the slopes with family and friends.
